to SORSA!
SORSA is a member-owned and
member governed insurance pool consortium for Ohio
public schools.
SORSA is an incorporated non-profit
501(c)3 organization. We were formed February 1, 2002,
operating under authority of Ohio Revised Code 2744.081.
We are goverened by a nine member board of directors
comprised of school Superintendents, Treasurers and
Business Managers.
Membership is limited to K-12
public school districts, JVSD's and ESC's. Private
or charter schools are not eligible. Access to SORSA
is provided through a network of local independent
insurance agents.
